I. Application

The steel wire rope core tubular conveyor belt is a new type of transportation product that uses steel wire rope as the core body framework and high elasticity, high wear resistance, and high strength rubber as the working surface. It is mainly used for transporting powdery, granular, and other materials that are prone to pollute the environment. During operation, the belt gradually changes from a flat shape to an "U" shape and finally becomes a tubular shape, enclosing the materials and achieving closed transportation. Tubular conveyor belt refers to the conveyor belt used in conjunction with a circular pipe belt conveyor system, which assumes a circular pipe shape throughout the entire transportation route or a part of the transportation route under the action of external force. The core body of the tubular conveyor belt is made of high-strength canvas or steel wire rope as the framework, [1] and is equipped with high-strength, high-wear-resistant high-quality rubber as the upper and lower covering layers. During operation, the belt gradually changes from a flat shape to an "U" shape and finally rolls into a tubular shape to achieve closed transportation.

II. Features

III. 1. Tubular belts are divided into two major categories: fabric core tubular belts and steel wire rope core tubular belts.

2. The fabric core tubular belt is composed of one or more layers of coated canvas adhered together in a specific structural manner; the steel wire rope core tubular belt is made by adhering longitudinal wires with certain spacing and transverse reinforcements in a specific structural manner.

3. The covering layer is composed of specially designed covering glue and edge glue.

4. According to design and usage requirements, elastic glue or transverse rigid bodies can be added between the belt core and the covering layer.
